IRIS LLC was founded in 2000 in Texas, USA as Information Reservoir Integration Services LLC (acronym "IRIS LLC").  From 2002 through 2008, IRIS LLC operated as a consultancy focused on Upstream Oil & Gas.  Customers included:

American Petroleum Institute

BP Americas 

Halliburton (Duncan Research Center)

MODEC International Inc

Tanker Pacific Offshore Terminals

VME Process

IRIS LLC was set to expand in 2008, when the principal of IRIS LLC was hired by MODEC International Inc to run the FPSO Project Development group in Houston, Texas and IRIS LLC became dormant as a consultancy.  IRIS LLC invested in Saint Arnold Brewing Company in 2008.  We increased our stake in Saint Arnolds in 2009, 2010, and 2019. In 2019, IRIS LLC was revived and the company name was changed to the acronym and now operates as a holding company for family assets as IRIS L.L.C.
